We have the same issues here in Iowa; in Des Moines of all places. We have a (newspaper?), where any game that is not finished by 5:00 PM is listed (when it’s listed) and reported as late. Instead of Sports News, we get OP-ED pieces that don’t require a time deadline. The designated High School Reporter (not to be confused with a Journalist) hangs out in Iowa City; nearly 2 hours away from the middle of the state. How is it that in a time of instant communication; we get virtually nothing in our daily paper. For humor; one day, our Newspaper that Iowa Depends upon (Once had 300,000 subscribers; now about 60,000) weighed in at less than 2 ounces. Mostly legal notices and obituaries (real revenue producers).

I agree, theres no excuse for some of those Bolingbrook losses with or without injuries, but MOB is the king of making excuses for the schools he likes so the statement is ironic.
