Jessica Howard delivers walk-off single, gets Oswego past Oswego East

Jessica Howard has found her spot, batting ninth in the lineup for the Oswego softball team.

“I don’t really mind hitting there,” the junior first baseman for coach Denise McCance said after Tuesday’s 7-6 Southwest Prairie Conference win over crosstown rival Oswego East. “I kind of like it, there’s not as much pressure for me.”
