All eyes were on Jason Gregoire before Friday’s game when the announcers’ voice rumbled through the gym at Cary-Grove High School, honoring the senior for becoming the all-time leading scorer in school history during Tuesday’s loss to Jacobs.

It didn’t take a pre-game ceremony for Crystal Lake South to know Gregoire’s prowess, though.

“He’s their whole offense,” Crystal Lake South junior guard Zachary Geske said. “We focused everyone on him.”
