ELMHURST — After a solid start, Hinsdale South found itself in quite a hole in the opening round of the Jack Tosh Tournament at York.

Hornets junior center Barret Benson had to sit down due to foul trouble in the second quarter, and Schaumburg went on the attack inside with a 13-0 run. The Saxons led by as many as 15 and were up 36-26 going into the half.
