Eighth-grader Amari Bailey commits to DePaul

SHARE Eighth-grader Amari Bailey commits to DePaul

Amari Bailey, a rising eighth grader at Skinner West Elementary, announced an oral commitment to DePaul on Twitter Friday night.

Bailey, a 6-2 guard, and his mother Johanna Leia are both featured on the Lifetime reality television show “Bringing Up Ballers.”

Back in 2007, Ryan Boatright committed to USC while in eighth grade.
