I’m starting the boys basketball preview on Friday via Twitter. I’ll be sending one tweet out about each of the 334 teams the Sun-Times covers. It’ll be in alphabetical order, from ACE Tech to Zion-Benton, starting on Friday.

Iran fires air defense batteries in provinces as explosions are heard near Isfahan

Sounds of explosions near an air base in Isfahan on Friday morning prompted fears of Israeli reprisals following a drone and missile strike by Iran on Israeli targets. State TV in Tehran reported defenses fired across several provinces.
